Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by BM Travel Group, a unit of Travel into India, with its registered office at Arki, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh – 173208, India.

By booking, confirming, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Company Identity

BM Travel Group operates as a luxury travel and destination management division under Travel into India. All contracts, confirmations, and services are legally executed under this entity.

Jurisdiction: Arki Court, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.


2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Bespoke leisure travel planning

  • Luxury FIT and group travel

  • Corporate retreats and executive programs

  • High-level conferences and destination events

  • Multi-destination itinerary management

  • Ground handling and logistics coordination

All services are curated, customized, and subject to availability.


3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

  • Written confirmation from BM Travel Group

  • Receipt of the required advance payment

  • Issuance of formal confirmation documentation

Verbal discussions, proposals, or itinerary drafts do not constitute confirmed bookings.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All pricing is provided privately via official communication.

  • Prices are subject to availability and supplier changes until confirmed.

  • Currency will be specified in the quotation.

  • Payment timelines will be mentioned in the invoice.

  • Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in cancellation.

Banking or payment charges (if applicable) are borne by the client.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on suppliers, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and seasonal regulations.

  • Cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Refund timelines depend on third-party supplier processing.

  • Some luxury properties and peak season bookings may be non-refundable.

Force majeure situations are addressed separately (see Section 11).


6. Amendments & Changes

Any change requested after confirmation:

  • Is subject to availability

  • May incur additional charges

  • May involve supplier penalties

Significant itinerary restructuring may require a revised quotation.


7. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility

The traveler is solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas

  • Health documentation

  • Insurance requirements

  • Entry and transit regulations

BM Travel Group is not liable for denied boarding, refused entry, or documentation errors.


8. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Baggage loss

  • Personal liability

We are not liable for losses covered under standard travel insurance policies.


9. Limitation of Liability

BM Travel Group acts as a coordinator and intermediary between clients and third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, and event venues.

We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Delays due to weather, political conditions, or natural events

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Personal injury unless caused by our proven negligence

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for services.


10. Luxury & Experiential Nature of Services

Experiential elements such as wildlife sightings, cultural interactions, and weather-dependent activities cannot be guaranteed.

Luxury travel may involve remote regions where infrastructure differs from metropolitan standards.


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Pandemic or health emergencies

  • Transportation strikes

  • Political instability

In such cases, refunds depend strictly on supplier recovery policies.


12. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect local laws and customs

  • Follow safety guidelines

  • Maintain respectful behavior with service staff and local communities

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if behavior endangers operations or reputation.


13. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, proposals, route designs, and curated travel concepts remain the intellectual property of BM Travel Group until a booking is confirmed.

Unauthorized reproduction or supplier bypassing is prohibited.


14. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client information is used solely for operational and booking purposes.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of:

Arki Court, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh – 173208, India


16. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment, signing confirmation, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
